Job advertising questions

1. What do I have to do to be able to advertise my vacancies on your site?

In your dashboard, there should be a tab that enables you to post new job vacancies.

2. How long will it take for my vacancies to be reviewed and appear on your site?

Right after filling up the correct data for your new job vacancies your data will automatically appear in our website.

3. For how long will my vacancies remain advertised?

Your job vacancies will remain advertised until the closing date that you’ve stated.

4. How do I know who has replied to my adverts?

When an interested applicant will want to apply he/she will send their resume to the email that you’ve provided.

5. Will my vacancies be included in your email distribution list? Do I have to pay for this?

Yes. Your email will be included in our email distribution list. And No. ICTphilippines is completely free and will continue to be in the future. It is a service we provide to you and our clients to help match up good people and good jobs.

6. I'd like to change the details of one of my postings, how do I do it?

On your account’s dashboard you will see the jobs that are already posted. There will be an option that will enable you to modify the details that you need to change.

7. I'd like to remove one the vacancies I have advertised, how do I do it?

On your account’s dashboard you will see the jobs that are already posted. There will be an option that will enable you to delete any recent jobs that you’ve already posted.

8. I'm interested in one of the jobs advertised, what do I do?

Click on the job that you are interested in. You will see that at the bottom of the advertised job there will be an icon that will let you pass the correct data that is needed by your future employer.

You cannot contact any expired job advertise. You need to wait for another job opening of the same advertiser.

After signing up as a jobseeker you will see in your dashboard that you are provided with an option that will enable you to change any data in your application that you’ve already submitted.

You and the webmaster are the only persons that are authorized to access any account.

1. How often will you send me jobs by email?

You will be notified through email whenever new job listings of the category you’ve chosen are available. And jobs will be sent to you often daily depending when there are new jobs in your area.

Yes! You can choose as many categories as you wish within one valid email address.

3. I don't want to receive more emails, how can I cancel my subscription?
