Team Leader-Marketing Communications (IRC2671)
Responsibilities:
Oversees operational aspects of the Marketing Communications Team in Manila; provides administrative and programming support for the marketing communications programs of Emerson Process Management.
Oversees the Manila Marketing Communications team which provides support in web programming and administration, email campaigns, reporting analysis; also includes the support for Process World, Process University and eLearning,and InfoCentral administration;
Escalates issues and or provides sound recommendation to the division and management;
Adheres to company processes, procedure and policies;
Takes proactive responsibilities in dealing with clients/divisions;
Responds timely and accurately to the escalations of the analysts;
Designates tasks to available team members in shared development projects when needed;
Serves as back-up and/or escalation point when a team member is on leave or fails to deliver a project on time;
Plans, assigns and directs work to the team/employees in cooperation with the manager
Reports to manager;
Continuously improves team’s processes and assists in preparing team’s processes, documentations and reports required from the team;
Can be assigned in other projects to support business needs.
Supervisory Responsibilities
In-charge of team’s daily schedule and makes sure adherence is met;
Performs quality monitoring of team tasks and feedback findings (strengths, areas of improvement); make sure metrics/targets are being met;
Monitors the team performance and updating their records on a regular basis;
Feedbacks team performance/PEP on a regular basis;
Monitors technical skills of team, recommends additional training when needed;
Conducts team meetings;
Responsible for building and strengthening team’s core competencies and identifying individual career direction.
