Logistics Analyst-Freight Claims Coordinator (IRC2656)
Responsibilities:
Provides operational support as may be needed by Liebert North America’s logistics organization.
Understands basic logistics concepts and has a strong understanding of Microsoft Excel and Access.
Ability to prioritize and to work simultaneously on multiple projects and tasks.
Principal Functional Responsibilities:
Freight claims (OS&D and overcharge) processing.
Generation of reports to identify potential freight overcharge or duplicate payment instances, and researching details to determine if a claim is to be processed.
Resolving freight invoice issues as reported by the Emerson/Cass Freight Bill Authorization system.
Other projects as may be assigned.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor\'s/College Degree , Engineering (Industrial), Business Studies/Administration/Management, Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.
Two years of analytical reporting experience or closely related business management experience.
Understands basic concepts of supply chain.
Excellent English written and verbal skills.
Ability to multi-task.
Strong computer skills, a basic understanding of database design.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
Preferred:
Supply chain, logistics or transportation industry experience
Knowledge in MS Access.
